Shipping/Delivery Policy

We process and ship orders Mon – Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.  All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment.

We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).

All Items under 10 LBS may be shipped to a P.O. Box. Items Over 10 LBS Will Ship Fed EX Ground, UPS Ground or USPS.  

We sell perishable made to order coffee Items therefore no returns are accepted unless the item is damaged, not as described or you are not 100% satisfied
